I think one of the best ways of supporting yourself, when you are facing the need to change, is by being honest about the challenges that you would have to overcome to achieve the improvement in performance needed.
If facing the reality of the work required causes stress, take a minute to congratulate yourself for what you have achieved so far.

When I congratulated myself for what I had achieved so far, I felt good about myself.I know I can achieve my goal of improving in all areas, as I continue to support myself on this journey.
ReplyDeleteCongratulating yourself could be as simple as writing "Well done-------" with your name in the space on a piece of paper.
ReplyDeleteDo not forget to read it out loud to yourself.
